I've changed the two tubes that connect to the radiator (the top and bottom hoses). My thermostat, radiator and radiator cap are new as well. The leak occurs in the back of the engine, not the front so it would rule out any issues with the radiator or hoses in the front or am I wrong?

Yes it has, just recently actually. It has never been driven with the new radiator.
