Small update LOL: I ordered lots of carbon fiber parts back in September. Most arrived a while back and the carbon fiber doors from Carbonetics should be in next month or so. Today I ordered some Cipher seats and brackets. I have plans get the car painted or at least wrapped before installing...
Good working 2g awd 5 speed trans with matching t-case with new OEM trans mount. Transmission case has a 2 inch crack near the front mount. I would recommend to weld it vs JB weld. $400 located in southern indiana. Thanks. Text would be better as I dont get on here much anymore. 8126393213. I...
Lightly used vrsf intercooler (10 miles) and a aftermarket front crossmember bar with poly front mount. Asking 150 for intercooler and 100 for crossmember. Prefer to sell semi local. PM or text 8126393213
Ok thanks, I'm just looking at it wrong with the pilot bushing. They are same pretty much but your image shows the pilot bushing expanded past the flexplate. To clarify it goes pilot bushing, flexplate, spacer, and then bolts.
Looking to clarify some information on 2g auto flexplate spacers. I've found some information on 1gs with autos that show a spacer between the crank and flexplate then a spacer after the flexplate before the bolts. I've found one thread on a 2g, which shows one spacer after the flexplate between...

Long overdue, but I have found myself wanting to sell the car and focus on the wife's gsx and my new car. I've sold a lot of rare talon parts, which has led me to sell the car as well. This is the last update for my Talon as I'll either sell it or let it sit. I don't think I'll document the...
Great build man. I have a boosted fab cross member that I got during their group buy many months ago. It's a very nice piece. You should be very happy with it.
I have two experiences with the FP manifold with ceramic coating from FP (who uses an outside company for coating).
First manifold I got from FP with ceramic coating was terrible as the company, who did the coating, only used one coat and it started to flake off after 100 miles or less...
Very nice. I just bought the mounts as I didn't need the roll stops. I'm using a front bar with a poly mount built in and Adams custom rear roll stop poly mount.
Agree with this. Also, add new conical washers. Use OEM and not the ARP turbo to manifold bolts as a lot of people have bad luck with them breaking. Of course you know to add new gaskets for the turbo and o2 housing. I would add a fuel pump rewire kit as well. If you can afford it ecmlink and...
I had a similar problem on an Evo 3 turbo I had built by Justin and on a Fp 68hta turbo. I could not get the 6 ply gasket to seal right, and I was unable to build boost past 7 psi. For me, I had to switch to just a solid 7cm gasket to fix the problem.
Yup, I know nothing about AEM widebands besides what has been posted about them, mostly negative about their accuracy.I have been using innovate for the past 2 years in the stock o2 location without any problems. As of today during a pull, my target afr was 11.8 and my wideband read 11.8 on...
Yeah, that location shouldn't make that big of a difference. However, the further away does increase the lag in accurate reading. Like one in the rear o2 location won't be as accurate as where we have ours.I'll see if I can post a log and have the wife take a picture of the gauge tomorrow to...
I have an innovate mtx-l wideband, and my WOT pulls logs almost spot on. My WOT target is 11.8 (e85) and my gauge matches what my log says. However, at idle there is some variance because it is constantly adjusting and too hard to match every spilt second.
