We just received our Rack, this took way too long and we no longer have the 2G project we were working on.If anyone wants it we are willing to sell, rack is still on the shipping box. :)

@Pulids27 Section of the harness that goes to the fuse box is ran through the passenger fender , you will only have one connector on the fuse box itself the other one remains open, you do not have to cut or solder any wires simply route through the fender for the wipers/fusebox/reverse section...
Interested on a unit, however there is one question. How much effort it would take to turn the wheel at slow speeds, without the power assist? had this manual rack been tested before?
The amount of misleading information, disrespectful comments and non sense on social media is disturbing, it only make the few of us appreciate more the rules on platforms like this one, unfortunately time changes sometimes for good sometimes for worse.@Ludachris Let us know how we can help...
Here is a more detailed picture of your harness, not sure if it was sent to you, but we are glad you liked it.Let us know if you got any questions on the installation. ;)
Not sure if you are the same person that contacted us through email, but we have in stock the A/C pressure switch connector you are looking for.You need shipping to Spain or France?
If you go through part numbers, you will hit a dead end with most of them because they are sold only in bulks of 2500 or more in most cases, You only have couple of options here with some vendors.
There is different kind of terminals through the harness depending on the series of the connector...
When making our harnesses, Open barrel crimps like used on all OEM harnesses is all we use, the only downside is that you would need a crimping tool for it, you can also crimp the terminals directly to your wire but you will require the same crimper aswell. If you order through our website then...
To make this easier for you, use a Multi-meter and check for continuity.Black/white stripe wire --- PIN 83 (Left pin when looking at the back of the connector).
Black wire ------------------- PIN 92 (Right pin when looking in the back of the connector). If it is wired right try exchanging the...
I have no idea who used this for making a harness so far but just by giving a quick glance at it, take a look at pin 82 (ignition switch) touching Pin 13 (Ground). That right there is a fried ECU guaranteed.I recommend you use the 2G electrical schematics Manual if you plan to tackle this job...
The 3rd wire you are seeing in your harness is possibly your Coolant Gauge sensor wire, it is a single wire sensor, a picture with the color of the wire would rule this out.Now about the sensor, if everything else is wired right i would exchange it if you purchase it locally, we've had bad...
The black/white wire should be the ignition switch, can't remember the pin number of the ECU on the top of my head, that wire should be also spliced with the power transistor.
You will never have to deal with toasted wiring ever again, plus enjoy working on it when the wires would never get on the way. Thanks for the info in the hatch, I didn't know they were still doing them.
Came across this while looking for members in this community in Time Attack/Road Racing, I'm highly impressed. What is your current class and what plans you have for 2016?
Impressive built, ran across this on the front page. The color of the car is beautiful, wondering where can we get a hatch like that for the shop car? overall color scheme is perfect! OMG
This looks good! Do you know if they are using Mil-spec wire on the harness or is just a replacement wire like GLX/TXL wire? We are going to offer the 2G new harness within a couple of weeks too, as well as a 1G, but with silver plated Mil-spec wiring. I did finally found the connector we were...
This is the reason vendors steer away from this community, I don't mean to be rude, but you have no idea what MOQ are quoted on in this particular Mitsubishi connectors to Vendors that dig and dig for years. Sometimes quantities are so big that us as vendors know there is no way for us to sell...
Is your maintenance up to date? if not I would do that first following by complete exhaust, air intake and MSD coil and wires. There is not a lot of gains you are going to see on a 420a motor.
You don't have to worry about fuel upgrades until you start making drastic changes like higher compression pistons, also you would need something to tune with if you upgrade to bigger injectors.
If you are getting flutter then try to loosen it a little until it goes away, I had never used the other nipple and I don't have any problems, but if you still do then yes hook up the other nipple.
Hope it helps.
Main option is get your new pistons for the specific head you are gonna use.
Heads have different CC's so yes it would affect, plus they might even make contact, that is the reason you should get pistons for a specific head.
Then go to the ECU and look for the rear O2 pins, the previous owner probably removed it. You can find a 2g ECU Pinout by typing that on Google, then go look for them.
