No problem. If you’re sure the ECU is good than check the connectors and pins, make sure one wasn’t damaged when you plugged it in. Start simple. Good luck
Are you running V3? If so, go into the Misc. Tab and turn on the fuel pump, see if that will turn it on.Are you sure the ECU isn’t damaged?Work with what you do know, you swapped the ECU and the car doesn’t turn on. Start there.
THIS IS NOW A PART OUT

Unfortunately after many years of work and ownership, it’s time to sell my car. I have very important things in my life that need more time and this car won’t get much attention, but I will...
Picture 1 looks like clutch switch
Picture 2 goes behind your kick panel fuse box above and to the left of your pedals (can’t remember what it’s for though) I know it’s a pain to get to. I believe it plugs into a connector with foam insulation on it
That looks ugly. Im sorry I can’t be of much help since I purchased a new ECU harness from OHM Racing (highly recommend) but If you haven’t already make sure you check this post out.

If you do a timing job, you’ll need these:

SEPTEMBER 2018I decided to finally tear into the interior of the car. It’s never been the cleanest so I wanted to fix that.
Pulled the dash out and re-ran the OHM Fusebox. Looks much better than dangling in the glove box.
Deleted heater core as well.
Years of oil stains really did a...
Tore apart the interior, ran the OHM racing Fuse box and engine harness, deleted heater core. Pressure washed the engine bay to get ready for a fresh coat of paint.
Bringing this back since I'm still having the same issues. Ive checked and rechecked everything I can think of. Swapped out and tested almost every sensor related to idling (IAC,TPS etc.) I even completely blocked off the fiav and deleted the IAC with no change other than feathering the throttle...
I would add a few more Usecs to the DA Table at the 9v and 12v area, then do the same exact thing you did. Pull another log and turn the fans on. Log battery, AFREst and Wideband and see how it acts, you can put further strain on the alternator by lowering windows, turning on AC etc. and it will...
Some of those line are for your power steering cooler and ABS (don't remove the ABS unless you have the delete kit). I believe the cooler lines run in front of the radiator and loops back Yes, you can remove that and loop the lines. You can search for the pros and cons of that. Here's mine...
Once your deadtimes/latency/global is all dialed in, you can start adjusting your sliders. Pretty high on airflowperrev, for me it works like this. If I raise my Speed density table the Airflowperrev increases (more fuel, more air) not sure if its the same for the MAF sliders. I have the...
At around 132 Seconds your battery drops off to 11V's, and you go lean (Fans kick on?) Add some more latency to 9V to smooth the transition between 9v and 12v. Other than that its looking better. Good job man.
My log does look okay, but the way its running says otherwise. RPMS are bouncing +or- 100. Happens during rev as well, if I rev to 2k and hold it, it will bounce pretty drastically 300+- RPMS also cant drive it because it stalls and bucks hard. And yes you are correct, the more time you add to...
I cant speak to your log, but I'll show you what I will do with mine so you get an idea of my what I do. Like I said earlier, I'm no tuner, so if I am doing this wrong, please correct me.As you can see in the picture I posted, I'm ruining rich. That's with 119Usec deadtimes as well. Somethings...
I've been watching this thread since you posted it. Been hoping someone posts something I haven't tried yet. Seems like these High Zs don't like pump gas, I see people running them fine on E85, if I had that near me I would run it. Car ran like a dream before I swapped these 1650s in, I even...
Yes sir, I'll plug in the values in the InjBatteryADJ and start the car up, watch trims for 2-3 minutes then shut the car off and repeat the process. It's very tedious. I try to only tweak one variable at a time, either SD tables or Injector DA tables. My outcome will either be good fuel trims...
I've been trying to get my 1650 High Z's dialed in on pump gas for the past two months. I feel your pain man. My idle is rough and surges between 600-900 RPM. What has been working for me is zeroing out Deadtimes and using the latency that came with the injectors and imputing those into the DA...
Sorry about that, uploaded the wrong log. Here is the one with your settings loaded. With the site being down I wasn't able to get on and correct it. I have few others sending me new settings and tables as well. I do appreciate your help and I am taking your advice.
New log up, Still having an idle surge. Ive been tweaking the SD table with not much luck. May just move to WOT and go from there. Any input is appreciated.
So I reverted back to stock using the ECMlink DA tables. That seems to have helped a little but I still have a small surge. It will also stall when I rev it, it wont catch itself.
I cant seem to steady out my idle. Ive tested the ISC and it passed with 40 on all coils and verified proper movement. TPS is at .65v at Idle, got it to .63 but throttle position went to 1, so I ran TPS ADJ and that put throttle position at 0 and TPS at .65. Adjusted Biss screw until I got as...
