    Um... both? The turbine wheel doesn't directly affect the flow rating of the compressor wheel, however it does effect the overall exhaust flow of the engine, which does affect power, not to mention that it effects spool characteristics.

    Well the 18G flows 40lb/min and the Evo3 16G flows 42lb/min (20G is 44lb/min). I'm not sure where you get your info but inducer/exducer ain't everything. The Evo3 16G actually has a smaller "hub" so despite the possible inducer/exducer difference the blades have more surface area.

    What's going on is you should be running 20psi.Yes, you can run 20psi on pump gas with stock injectors.Boost creep isn't always bad, it just means you have a good running car. Your car wants you to run 20psi. It's telling you something.
