My FWD is drag racing only and I’ve had mine deleted few years now. The track I run US131 has pretty long shut down and I’ve never had problem stopping car. Definitely have to step on pedal more but that’s about it. Believe my new master cylinder is of a 3g eclipse

Car is still alive and well. Seems to only come out in October now, going back to track tomorrow to try and get it dial in.

1qkfwd I was wondering what all had to be changed to run the 2g axles and diff? Is the hub side the same between the 1g and 2g axles?

have you verified your clutch master cylinder is not leaking? I had issues with the one my car came with which was not OEM. I bought OEM one from extreme psi and after it was installed and bleed ive had no further problems.

Got my car out to the local track Saturday. Still have a lot of work to do on my 60ft. Got in 7 passes and was able to set new PB.

Congrats on the purchase, a lot of what you're asking depends on your budget and goals. You said drivable so I would say as far as turbo just rebuild stock one and get it back on the road. If later you want turbo upgrade I'd look into 20g. Streetable and makes good power.

Not sure if it's the same as a 1g but I had a Dorman manifold and it cracked before to long. I run a FP cast manifold now. Was only $175 and well worth the extra money

Trying to swap my 92 AWD transmission with my spare and I noticed there's a few less mounting bosses on the spare. They have same number but the spare starts with K. KW5M332NPXV

I just removed this clutch from my 92 AWD. Is there an easy way to tell which pressure plate it is???

Been a while since I updated this, have made a few changes over the last year. Car is track only car now so made it easier to change some things. Only made it to the track twice this year but have ran a PB of 11.57 @125mph, have had a few 129mph passes but at 11.69 and 11.86

I have a 90 FWD and it weighs 2420 with me and 1/2 tank of gas in original tank, no fuel cell. I weigh about 165, car is all metal and original glass.

If you push your clutch to the floor and release it does it come all the way back up? if u can grab the pedal and pull it up more I believe that's a sign the pedal assembly is worn out. I have seen them wear out shortly after HD clutch installs before

I would also check the bolts holding the trans to the block. I've had similar issues and the trans was separating from the block and my pedal pressure was very light.

Just replaced driver side control arm, wheel bearing, and while I was at it I installed half shaft from AWD. Everything seems good but when I tighten the axle nut to the specific torque, the axle locks right up. I can turn it but it is very difficult. Ny ideas what I'm missing or what I did wrong?
