have you verified your clutch master cylinder is not leaking? I had issues with the one my car came with which was not OEM. I bought OEM one from extreme psi and after it was installed and bleed ive had no further problems.
Congrats on the purchase, a lot of what you're asking depends on your budget and goals. You said drivable so I would say as far as turbo just rebuild stock one and get it back on the road. If later you want turbo upgrade I'd look into 20g. Streetable and makes good power.
Have been making few more changes to the car to make room for future projects. Still have to finish up inside doors and installing plexi glass windows. Also lots of clean up and finish work but it's getting there. Hope to hit the track soon and break my pb

If you push your clutch to the floor and release it does it come all the way back up? if u can grab the pedal and pull it up more I believe that's a sign the pedal assembly is worn out. I have seen them wear out shortly after HD clutch installs before
I would also check the bolts holding the trans to the block. I've had similar issues and the trans was separating from the block and my pedal pressure was very light.

Just replaced driver side control arm, wheel bearing, and while I was at it I installed half shaft from AWD. Everything seems good but when I tighten the axle nut to the specific torque, the axle locks right up. I can turn it but it is very difficult. Ny ideas what I'm missing or what I did wrong?
