Since it's easier to order parts for eclipses than for talons, i ordered a tie rod end for an eclipse. When i got the part, it is too long, and will not fit on my car. Question is, should the eclipse and talon tie rod end be the same for 95? Just want to make sure before i return it. Thanks

I'm thinking its your dimmer. You said you turned the dimmer, but you didn't check it right? This happened to me, i took out the dimmer, and saw that a little bit of the plastic case of the dimmer was melted. So that's probably where the problem is.

Alright, i finally got it off. I just put a C-clamp on the pulley really tight, so when i turned the pulley, the clamp would hit the oil pan. It did the trick. I just hope it's easier to tighten it since i don't want to put a clamp on a brand new pulley.

There's no room to stick a screw driver in the holes. My pulley has just one bolt in the center, so i don't know what to do. Also, i moved the crank pulley counter-clockwise. I've heard this is bad for timing or something. WHAT DO I DO!!Me now :cry: I wanna be :cool:Thanks :thumb:

Thanks for the input guys, I took off my belts, and grabbed the A/C pulley at the bottom and shook it, and there is a little play in it. I grabbed and shook the crank pulley and there is no play. Is there a chance that my crank pulley is good and my A/C pulley bad?

anybody? I need my car up and running asap, and i don't wanna buy a new pulley if it could possibly be something else. Any ideas are appreciated =)

I don't know about not having to worry anymore. I think roll cages are can do more harm sometimes if you don't have a helmet. It's just something hard to hit your head on if your rolling a lot.
