i have replaced both gaskets,used crush washers on the pan side and im still getting a TON of oil from somewere.ALL gaskets on every part of the car are new.this is my 5th dsm and this is really the first time i have had such an issue with oil leaks.i have pulled the turbo off about 10 times in...
i have to pull the turbo off....again and fix a leak.so now im going to need new crush washers,return line gaskets and assorted parts. who right now is offering the best price and fastest shipping?i dont want to got to satan and i need them by next tuesday. slow takes damn near a week to process...

ok,so i have added a nice matching boost gauge and all the fuel injector seals are new.im going to post some pics when the weather gets a little better but right now im waiting on the lower seals for the injectors.i can include a 3" hi-flo carsound cat for the exhaust.ill be listing it for 2500...

before the porting of the turbo it had zero smoke.i took the exhaust housing off to port it.is there a chance that when putting it back together that i did something wrong to mess it up??
well i just finished putting it all back together and when i started it i get white smoke.i did take the turbo apart to port it,maybe its blown???other than that it runs great?
the studs for my exhaust manifold were replaced when the head was done.for some reason the same nuts/washers were re-used.were can i find MONEL nuts and washers without having to buy a full set of studs?i also want to buy a couple standby studs for good measure.i have looked through our vendors...

i see that some people have done this.i was just going to cut and use some good orange heater hose.will this be ok?theres nothing other than hose clamps to hold it on.report back(pics would be wonderful)

it not binding,just when i spin it,hangs up a little.i try to push/pull and theres no play.theres some oil in the second pic.guess its just shot.
i have the 14b off the car.i pulled the housing so i could port it.i noticed that the wheel on the exhaust side drags a little when i spin and push it in.is this normal?

i got really lucky,manifold came off without a problem(first time thats happened)studs are in great shape,just have to get new nuts/washers
ok,the turbo has no shaft play...
did a oil change,filter,plugs,wires and leak test.:thumb: now i just need to find someone in the sacramento or san fran area with a set of used tires to donate.dropped the $$$ on the car and i cant get new rims/tires yet.so if anyone has a set of used tires(hell 30% tread i dont care)ill come...
checekd the tires out today in better light.cracks all over the inside of the tread.also,the treadis HARD.normaly you can get a little play just pushing.nothing

the car i just picked up had sat for roughly 4 years.how would that effect the tires?what should i look for?the car runs great but seems to have a shimmy/vibration on the freeway.could it be from sitting for so long and not seeing normal driving?
