Only numbers I have on mine are molded into the rubber layer and I know it's unmolested I bought the car new... 16000 is very early for a replacement, if your worried the piece of mind is worth the cost of a new damper!Couldn't see your pic til I posted yeah that's a factory stamp not mileage..!
It looks good, You gonna leave the fenders intercooler and all the other ish out so you can see your pretty lil tranny??its VHT wrinkle not globsYeah I suppose everyone has their own preferences/likes /dislikes.
It was actually in my guesthouse oven, I need my nuts to fight fires and save...

As to the op and painting the sub frame etc black you are missing a black plastic air diverting piece that would clean your bumper up. I can't find the part number or I would put it [here]. It's a cowl that goes behind the bumper cover blacking the area out. If your not gonna fill it with a...
Transmission is not that complicated. Precision is key when reassembling. Pay attention to tolerances. Start with a bearing/seal/synchro kit likehttp://allstategear.com/allstate/productsearch.aspx?PageNo=1 and download the manual from here...
May as well do all of the seals at once. If one is gone usually the others are not far behind. Trouble being you need to put the input shaft seal in from the inside which would show a leak in the bell housing/transfer case side. Start simple/cheap and pray or do it right and not worry...
Yeah that deletes the stock restrictor, which I may as well use so 1/4 tube to -4 would be the ticket. Lookin around and silver solder might be the ticket...Custom!
Is the stock OFH the 3/8 British pipe thread (bpt) i would need 1/4 tube to -4 AN to keep the restrictor fitting CORRECT? I know my 20g is 12 x 1.25 and was gonna make my own feed with a pal at the local hydraulic shop.
If you don't want ARP's the go to you local hardware store and get some grade 8 bolts or studs and pray they hold up. Everyone does the ARP ROUTE FOR A REASON! I just did and it just makes sense.
Black it's not seen anyways and oil leaks mean you did something wrong. Bake it in the oven and when your wife gets home she will certainly be waiting to beat your ass when you come in from the garage!
Less is more has worked for years. Let the exhaust pipe and chirping tires explain as you exit in front where they won't see it anyways. Unless you like being seen in others mirrors?!?
Buy a filter that fits. A bigger filter doesn't pack more air in the intake pipe, It filters the stuff so you car isn't breathing nasty grit from the road in.
Bend the brackets for the hangers either on the car or on the exhaust so it sits lower. Loosen the bolts where it connects to the DP an roll it one way or the other should be wiggle room!
Modern Automotive Performance or any other Vendor besides DSM Graveyard. I just wasted 2 months and 6 days waiting for simple #### from them. Order came out split all over the map communication blew and they didn't have numerous parts they originally took my money for. Oh its in the mail, oh we...
Special tool not needed. Gently bend the rear middle timing cover toward the tranny end thus negating the plugged hole above the crank sensor. Buy one 110mm 8x1.25 bolt and the corresponding die (6 bucks for the kit). Take the threads to the head of the bolt and thread the bolt into the stopper...
Where there is a will there is a way. Easy outs/ Reverse drill bits(LH) or "Grabbits) bolt extractor of the proper size. Just take your time and mind the threads. Heat gun might help if he gooped it in there
Should just pull them out. Make or buy an EGR block off plate. They don't need plugs though from all my research they just put pressure across the solenoid.
A man with a toolbox can do anything, hardest part for me was building the courage to dig the ...in and get her done. Don't forget to do the oil port mod!
