If you're going to do it yourself and have access to a junk yard/donor car, than ya go ahead and do it. If your going to pay someone to do it with parts that they sourced, it is just not worth it. I find 2g awd for 4-7k all the time.
Just look on Craigslist for a used exhaust. I bought my 3'' atr exhaust for $150 and it sounds great. Also, if you need a downpipe, get one of ebay, even the $80 3" one will be just fine, just check the welds when you get it. Or get the megan one.

I think I'm just going to cut my PS belt off until I get a manual rack. The car idles funny at stop lights because it's trying to get fluid into the rack.
