I've looked at some of the tach issues on here, and I've seen some weird ones, but haven't found any quite like what I'm experiencing.I let ithe car warm up and moved the idle down with the idle set screw, except the tach didn't move. So I increased the idle, and the tach still didn't move...

Do you have ABS? Because then it's a pain... :)

I've found that a paint scraper works better, as it keeps your hands away from the gasket remover and sharp metal edges.

Yes, I have to agree...that is BAD. It's the same sort of problem that you run into when you're towing an AWD.

I'd have to agree with you, lilo...the pig/racer ratio will definately be up this weekend due to the release of 2F2F. It may not be advisable to do anything even a little risky this weekend. I'd just hold off until next weekend when things have cooled off a bit.But, it's up to ya'll :)...

Ok...I just paid Roseville Mitsubishi here 1400 dollars to rebuild my transmission about 2 months ago. NOW...every single time I shift into second gear - whether up or down - it grinds. Plus, when idling with my foot off the clutch, I can't shift into any other gears. Something stops it...
