Nice buiild so far! As suggested by a few others change the way you have the oil pressure sending unit mounted. I had a similar setup and it snapped on me one day while driving. Luckily I caught it right away and didn't suffer any engine damage.

for wheels you may find at a junkyard, I'd agree that avenger wheels looks pretty nice or a set of 17" gsx rims. Like suggested before though, expand your search onto craigslist. There are definitely good deals to be found.
Where exactly are you spraying teh starter fluid? Because it's not gna start if you disconnect the intercooler piping before the intake and spray there. It'l just be one giant vacuum leak. I would disconnect the fuel return line after the fpr and run it directly to a bucket and crank. Confirm...
I would agree that its a turbo line. I don't know if it will help but here is a 2g coolant line diagram to give you an idea of what lines are in that area.

Looks good there. I was going to mount my volt gauge there but now I'm leaning towards setting up a triple gauge bezel and mounting it under an aftermarket head unit. It looks like there will be enough room.Did you make that piece?
