get out a good set of vice grips and a torch. heat up the base of the stud grab it with the vice grips as tight as you can and unscrew the stud.if you dont have a torch spray it with pb blast or another pentrating oil not wd40

i think one of to things hapened some thing happened with the tensioner assembly or the belt streched over time and when you wher winding it up it thru the belt off the pully. older cars(ie small block chevys and stuff) are known to throw belts in higher rpms so its not unheard of.

just stick with the stock one. the first gen bovs kick ass if your runin high boost crush it. hks ssq will give you compesor surge so i wouldnt use it unless i had a ball bearing turbo other then that i like the apex i one.

pull them out if there sticking pry them off with a screw driver. be careful not to rip the cv boots.edit: thats assuming you have already taken off the axel nut and separated the cv assembly from the rotor
I always hear that a low compression and a higher boost level is better than lower boost and higher compression. Dose anyone know the theory behind this?
im having the same problem. check the cluch slave and mastercylindes for leaks and adjust the master cylinder all the way out. if that dosent work there is a part of the pedal asembly that can wear. if that looks good then your cluch fork is probly worn or bent. ie out comes the trany...
