Newbie here. I own a 97 non turbo 420a Eclipse with an auto tranny. Was unsure what type of fluid to use, and am unsure if the transmission is different on any of the trims. I haven't seen a thread about a 420a auto trans fluid flush.Anyone have an idea what type to use? And with the filter...

Got it off by using a flathead screwdriver to carefully pry it off and cleaned out throttle successfully with throttle cleaner. Thanks.

Isn't that only if you happen to get some of the cleaner down the throttle body by accident?

What would you recommend?

420A: I'm trying to clean the throttle plate with carb cleaner. I was wanting to know how do you remove the big hose from the throttle body. I've been pulling on it, and it won't budge. I've removed both restraints from the tube, and don't know what else to unscrew or unbolt. Thanks.
