Not angled on the vertical plane, it's actually the bolt holes for the flange are rotated. They used evo x housings for the bb bolt on turbos. Like this.
Someone asked Michael from FP in one of the threads when the blacks were first coming out. He basically said your ok to run without water lines for drag racing but they're needed for autocross or anything like that and to watch for coking on the turbine side.
Take the manifold off and drill a hole through the mounting bracket bolt hole on the underside. Thread a barb in there or retap it and thread map sensor there.
The easiest way I've found is this. Take off the north-south bar on the passenger side. The one that goes from the radiator support to below the firewall. Then tighten up a scissor jack between the firewall and back of the engine to push the engine forward little bit. Then u can lift the tranny...

I had a 92 Laser with porno red interior in it. The car got totaled so I stripped it. I believe I have the floor mats still but they're buried in my friends storage garage. Not sure though it's been years since I've seen them.
Take the belt off. The water pump is a pain to replace and will be worse with a belt stuck in the way. Replace what u need to, make sure everything is lined up when u put the belt back on and you'll be fine.
I'm having the same issue with my car. I'm gonna try replacing the coil packs. Thanks in advance if it's my problem too. It'll save me alot of headaches and hair pulling.
