My PO did a hack job removing the back bumper for whatever reason and cut off the connector from the reverse/plate lights to the body harness and I am not having an easy time finding a new harness.Is there anywhere I can purchase one?

My reverse lights and license plate lights aren't working. The grommet in the center of the picture has a plug that doesn't go to anything at the moment. Would this have anything to do with it?I looked up inside the bumper and couldn't find where it plugs in at.

Im getting a cylinder misfire and I've been smelling gas alot more than normal so I'm assuming I have a stuck injector. Besides pulling it out what other ways can I check it? I have and know how to use a multimeter.
