    I'm thinking these guys have no clue what the are talking about lol you said the engine was just rebuilt?? They are most likely pieces of casting or metal from machining that were not removed by whoever rebuilt it. Highly doubtful that the pump is going to suck them up and distribute them...

    oil seals in the turbo man, just get a rebuild kit and replace them it's not that difficult :-) check your return line while the turbo is out though to see if it's kinked.

    Fuel cut will also depend on the elevation where you live, when i first bought my car i was hitting fuel cut at 25psi (po installed boost controller incorrectly) But i could hold 20 psi all day long. This is with stock injectors as well! I live a few hours from denver colorado though so up here...

    The fuel pump should come with all applicable hardware, other than that you may need to go to a shop to get the hose made. I assume the hose you are talking about is the one you have to break loose to get off without twisting the hell out of it.

    Although I agree as to it being a master or slave issue this is not true^ the parts can internally bypass/leak so fluid leaking is not always visible.the fact it was raining out and high humidity just amplifies the underlying issues with clutch disengagement.

    easiest way for me to tell when i blt'd mine was turning the throttle plate while pressured up, you will actually hear the leak get worse/stop lol the idle screw o ring is a common culprit as well but the easiest imo because you can just fill the hole with soapy water and watch the bubbles foam!

    I've fixed all my boost leaks except the throttle plate o rings which aren't leaking that bad. The cylinder head only has 9k sand the bottom has 50k so naturally the compression test came out good.

    I wouldn't reccomend buying 550cc injectors and installing them before the 16g upgrade lol theres a reason the car only has 420cc injectors on it. it may work but you would be trying to compensate quite a bit with the safc just to get the car to run lol
