That belt that is missing there you dont need it. and acording to the mods it has 6k is not a bad price just make sure timing belt was replaced and also do a compressuon test. Test drive. paint looks is good condition and the good part is a 6 bolt and last ask for a discount hehe

Take the rad cap off abd see if it flows

Maybe the car had other problems since price was really low

Depending on the mods you have you will be able to go up in the boost a bit also depends on the tunning system you have. if you are not sure i would recomend you take it to a dsm shop

Are you recirculating the air or you have a SD set up

The best thing you can do is check your local tunner shops unless you are trying to do it yourself
