Are the years different? because I didn't have to mess with the wiring at all but her is a 95 so I'm not sure if the newer GSTs are different as far as Alt. wiring. I literally just switched them out with no issues at alledit -- ah I get ya on the relocation kit my bad I didn't read lol

Saturn Alt... it's a direct bolt on no Kit ...this happened to my wife's GST. Also make sure the battery doesn't have a bad cell, sometimes it likes to do a double whammy Alt goes then battery goes :cry: after I changed out both battery and Alt with the Saturn Alt all was good
