highly unlikely that you're hitting boost cut that early without a massive boost leak.

depends on how good the car is mechanically.i paid 3200 for mine a year ago, interior was mint and car was almost bone stock. ( amazing right? ) it also only had 68k miles.personally 2200 is about right if not a little high depending on what is on the car.

did your surge issues start before or after going to SD?if after there are a few things to check.also from the first vid i can see that your car is running so rich that its above the 22:1 ratio.ensure that your injector settings match your injectors/fuel

the best penetrating oil available is not on a shelf.use 1/2 ATF and 1/2 laquer thinner, mix and paint onto the area( spray if possible ). this has removed so many bolts that pb blaster and any other penetrating oil hasn't that i just stopped buying the off the shelf stuff.

with the 550's the car is going to run very badly. you adding 20% more fuel than the car had stock at all ranges of operation without a tune... find some stock injectors to toss in there until you can make adjustments for them.
