Okay so here's the problem.
I did a full 6 bolt swap on my 2g, I went to a QM twin disk with gear drive upgrade with a 6 bolt flywheel obviously. Well anyways I can't seem to get the engagement right after adjusting it every way possible, it seems to be over engaging. I still have a 7 bolt...

no, and no. 1g shifter cables are adjustable and 2g cables are not. Also depending on the year for the awd and fwd cables you may or may not be able too.

if you have dsm link you can disable each injector at a time and if the car stalls out when that injector is shut down then it means one of them is bad, or id check the spark plugs.

I've had this problem before im guessing your running a stock trans? Well the Hub slider is broke most likely. The most you can really do is pull the trans and Have it fixed if there isnt a lot of internal damage. The other thought i had was the gear is binded from being over tighten on a rebuild.
Before i ran a magnus street intake manifold i was perfectly fine not running water to my TB and idled great. After the install the car held a steady 3k idle. So, i switched to a 1g TB and still the problem stayed, so i ran water back through the TB and now it idles fine? Any answer to this.
