Like "noV8undrDIShood" said take it to a welding shop and have them put the inlet and outlet on the ends of the tanks. When u get it back make sure you test it for leaks.
U might as well pull the head. If its the rings u have to do it any ways. Also if it is the valves u also have to pull the head. Have you checked the timing?
to check to see if your car is 6 or 7 bolt just look at the side of the oil pan behind the crank pully. if it is flat it is 6 bolt and if it kind of sticks out it is a 7 bolt.
