Anytime I use anything that draws electricity my car goes quite lean. No change on WOT but in idle or cruise its very noticeable. I can still use my headlights but turning the radio on or using the heat/ac fans lean it out. Any clue what it could be or how I could trace it down?

Last night I was driving and my head started making this awful noise that sounded like it would after bleeding all the lifters, it drove fine but I immediately pulled over and had it towed home. Just took the valve cover off and everything looks fine. Any clue what it could be?
I was bleeding my lifters with a buddy. We get down to the last two and he drops the lifter and the needle falls down into the oil drain on the head and down the block. Does this lead straight to the oil pan? How should I go about getting it out?
Just finished a headgasket job and everything seems good except one of the bolts holding the CAS in is rubbing against the intake cam gear. I'm assuming I just put the wrong bolt it and I need to use one with a smaller head?
