ive read that process several times, but the lower timing belt cover is behind the crankshaft pulley which is hitting the wheel well. ive tried dropping the lower cross member and it still didnt give me enough drop on the engine.

i think i found my problem, i took the thermostat off and found that there was NO thermastat in there. so i put a used RAD in there from my parts car and getting a thermostat tmrrw, ill let you know if it happens again
