    I just took my rear o2 out the other day, because I'm replacing it with the wideband sensor. Went through a lot of PB blaster and it still wouldn't budge. As mentioned, just remove the driver's seat and you should be able to disconnect it and drop the line down from there. For what its worth...

    Usually keep it at 17.5psi, just ran 20 to make sure the pipe wouldn't blow off again. But believe me the FMIC is the very next step when the money falls into place... unfortunately as it stands that probably isn't until next summer so the stock SMIC has to hold up for the rest of this summer!

    If the BLT can't seem to hone in on the leak and you're pretty sure its in the intercooler area... I like 91'clipseDOHC idea of filling it with water. However, might as well use gasoline or a can of brakeleen so you can clean the intercooler out while you're at it :thumb:

    Do you have a J-Pipe out of the turbo to the intercooler? I'd check that if you do. Thought I had a leak at the lower intercooler pipe and was spraying forever trying to find it. Then I accidentally hit the J-pipe right after the turbo with the spray and found it there.

    Yeah I just took the intercooler off and it is indeed beaded from the factory, figured it wouldn't hurt to try some JB weld in addition though. I was thinking about trying a smaller clamp as well.

    I'm running V3, so I'm not sure if this works with V2 or not, but you say the fan is running constantly with the key on? Well, under the ECU Config section, in the misc. tab, is a box you can check to have fans run full on. Did you look to make sure this box wasn't checked?

    As mentioned, the upgrade paths are the place to start. I've spent countless hours drooling over what to do next to my car. I would personally work on some of the other mods listed before I went looking at performance chips, but its your car. Goodluck and keep it safe!
