I'm working on bleeding the mc now and then the lines and going from thereSo from what it is looking like I'm going to replace the mc it's not that expensive and everything will be brand new. Now I have a question which master should I get ABS or non-ABS because my cars originally an abs car...
I have a 92 Tsi. My abs block started leaking so I deleted abs using the jnz abs delete kit. Ended up replacing all calipers and brakes and rotors aswell as ss brake lines jnz aswell. I upgraded the fronts to the 93 awd twin piston big brakes. Bled everything and car seemed fine brakes caught...
Hey guys. Alright I have a 92 Tsi bone stock engine wise. When I'm under full boost the car will hiccup then be fine then hiccup again. I let off if it happens. Now te other night while it was freezing out (north east) it didn't do it at all it could stay at full boost for how ever long I...
Well I plan on keeping the car pretty stock. Did the jnz tuning abs delete. Snapped all the bleeders on stock calipers. So I'm going to order the 93 2 pistons and upgrade
Hey guys I just finihed my abs delete. I'm replacing all my calipers and looking to upgrade to the 93 two. Piston front brakes. Since I deleted abs will there be any issues? Just need front calipers brackets rotors and pads?
Do I need to upgrade the lines all way to the calipers with ss. Or will the jnz lines mate to my stock lines to the caliper here they mount on the strut
Hey guys. I have a 92 Tsi talon awd turbo. The other day my brakes started to feel a little soft. Today they got really soft checked under the good and I'm leaking fluid from my abs block right at one of the small cylinders that's between the 2 big plates that's the abs block. My question is...
A lot of the threads are talking a lot higher idle. And mine runs fine till it warms up if it was a boost leak it would surge all the time correct? Don't want to go replacing every sensor if it's not needed trying to narrow does what's going on
What's going on guys. 92 Tsi talon awd turbo 5 speed. When I start the car isles right at 1200 but once it gets warm and I'm driving if I come to a light idle will rev up to 15 then drop to 12 then repeat. Feels like a sensor to me. anyone help would be appreciated
Ok so I could just bolt the manifold right and and go. It's more or less a Dd not looking to crank out power. My buddy can port It he has done tons of port jobs. Looks like I'm leaning towards probally the fp mani because it's the cheapest one and pulling the turbo and having it port matched to...
Haha^. No if I just decide to bolt it right up and go as is will the gaskets work or will I need different gaskets because the hot side is smaller than manifold?
So no matter what route I choose I need to do some porting?I want to replace the manifold for preventative maintaince. I figured might aswell upgrade it if I need to replace it.
Maint is the first point always!! T belt water pump all those parts are done still figuring out what trany x case and diff fluid to run then that's getting changed along with coolant flush and new coolant hosesDid plugs and wires aswell
All stock 14b. So the fp mani bolts right up and no need for any porting or matching? From what I kept seeing evo3 and 2g mani needed to be matched and turbo housing needed porting
Hey guys I've been told by a few people to replace my stock exhaust manifold on my 92 Tsi (all stock) because it's still the stock 1g mani. I know everyone says go to a 2g mani or evo 3 for better flow. These won't just bolt right up and work will it? Do I need to port the manifold? If so...
So coolant flush and switch to red coolant. Brand name? And redline pre mixed in trans and transfer case and the light weight or heavy weight shock proof?
Ok I'm a bit surprised about the coolant because I saw people saying stay away from dex cool and anything but green. And it seems a lot of people are saying redline just trying to find and solid suggestion!
Ok I know I'm beating a dead horse but I've been searching for a while and can't find a solid answer! The background info

Alright guys I have a 99 eclipse gs with a motor from a 96 in it. I believe my misfire issue is an ecu issue. I posted about the misfire and someone brought up the idea that the ecu may be bad. Before I swapped the motor a cel came on but I thought it was because something in the bad motor. So...

Took it to a shop and had it diagnosed had a cracked coil pack change it out with new plugs and wires. Light came back on again. My ps belt popped off a s on the process of replacing it I noticed the crank pully is pushed out a little bit which is causing the alt belt to ride off the pully and...
This is why it leads me to believe it is a sensor or an ecu issue. But another question if it was a loose Cas or such wouldn't I throw a code for that and wouldnt it also run like $&it? I'm planning on bringing it to a place a town or two over that is top of the line for diagnosis cels. I would...
When the swapp was done all the sensors and connectors from the 99 were swapped to the new 96 motor. Now If I'm actually misfireing it wouldn't run as good as it does correct?
