change the slave and the master cylinder. mine was very very stiff kinda like yours it helped a lot after the master and the slave it improved the most when i got my new clutch

mine had the same problem i would have to shut it really hard for it to close completely, i raised the latch a bit and it fixed the problem, it happened because i forgot to close the pins on my cf hood, and that shit went airborne going like 90mph and ####ed up the latch
