    It might feel slower at low rpms but you will have more top end. To get the most power out of the 272s you need to tune.

    I'm not sure about 1gs but I know the 2gs A/C compressor and coil pack plugs are the same, the compressor one should be longer anyways.I would start by checking your power transistor unit.

    Yeah sounds like a fuse to me too.Most of the time its something simple like a fuse or a ground.So just check the fuse box under the hood and under the dash and go from there.

    Should all bolt right up. Just sometime cheaper downpipes are hard to install cause there not lined up properly.

    Have you tried cleaning it? Go get a can of maf sensor cleaner and clean it they get dirty and wont read right.

    Maybe a headgasket but try to put a cap full of oil in one of your cylinders and redo the test in that cylinder.

    What are all the mods on your car?injectors,fuel pump, tuning device,etc? And do a boost leak test too.

    Blown Belt??

    Sounds like the balance shaft belt. It could of got between the timing belt and the crank gear and made it jump timing and possibly bent your valves. Check the timing and see if its off.

    Yeah your probably going to need dsmlink, cause I had the same problem and I just set dsmlink to ignore the misfire and the problem went away.

    Sounds like its running rich which is causing it to back fire. Maybe you need to re-tune.

    The car is fully warmed up when I log (194 degrees when driving and around 204 parked). My global is -31 and deadtime is 315,so go like -38?All my settings are at zero (fuel trims,timing,and airflow sliders).

    That's what I thought. Dsmlink user manual says to get the global and deadtime adjusted first by LTFT idle and LTFT cruise (which im guessing is LTFT Lo and LTFT Mid) and then it says to adjust WOT after.

    It could be the headgasket ,warped head, or head might be cracked.I would take it off and take it to a machine shop and have them check it.

    How old are your spark plug wires? Even though they look good it doesnt mean that are. Just try a tune up (spark plugs/wires,fuel filter,etc) gap the spark plugs and a boost leak test and see if that works.
