Everything should mount! All you need to do is drill all the spot welds that hold the radiator support to the car. There is special drill bits for spot welds.
Check your connectors at the crank position sensor since the sensor is new and at the cam position sensor, that one tends to get fried by the EGR, i had the same problem and turned out to be the connectors but i had the DTC p1390., Hope that helps.BTW stop checking your fuel delivery, you fuel...

hmm you got yourself a pickle there, i would check the the tires to see if they have gone bad, they probably have belt separation. if not that, hmm id check for bad wheel bearings. hope that helps

sounds like bad belts, check the tire for abnormalities by running your hand across the contact surface see if you can see bumps, if so then its a broken belt
OMG dude your my new god!! i have such a tight budget on painting my car and the cheapest ive gotten it was 600 and that was with a buddy of mine. it looks like from the online ace store a can is around 8 dollars so i think no more than $110 to do this including prep!! Totally sweet job!!!
you can change your lca without any alignment issues. Autozone parts are a definite go, i just think of them as a piece of metal, and to change these parts they should be incredibly easy. most likely the tools your gonna need are a 14mm & 17mm sockets and ratchet i believe...but yea its pretty easy
check the harness to the cam position sensor, mine died like yours and it turned out to be a fried wire that broke. this part of the harness is very close to the egr tube so that causes the burnt fried harness.
i dont think stage one cams are worth much. i agree with DARTHVADAR TSI you should get your car in tip top shape and then start on tuning! its never a bad idea to upgrade a good running car!
i have the full emission system on my car, ill be willing to let it go but before i do i need to know if it will give me a CEL if i take it off. get back to me on that.
i kno this is a pretty old thread but does that recall still apply? my ball joints have pretty bad play and i dont think they have ever been replaced.
