91 Laser AWD. No Spark. Fresh rebuild. Wired in SAFC 2. I changed out the CAS, PTU, coils, plugs, and wires, with known working ones. MPI/MFI fuses are good. ECU had no burn spots, or anything abnormal. CEL does come on. Its getting power to the CAS/PTU/Coils. It just wont spark. MPI clicks...

20. Had 3 DSM's. 2 N/T, 1 4G. Rebuilt the entire car. Took it from non running, barely rolling, to it never wanting to stop going.

Mine had an issue like this. It was a ground wire for me.But a good start would be to check the TPS/IAC/Crank&Cam Sensor. CEL's help alot if you got one.

Most those codes are most likely from the modifications. Stock fuel system on a 16g probably isnt the best idea.Maintenance first.

Derp. First, find the leak. If its leaking, thats an issue in itself. Acidic sound? Boiling coolant? Bleed the system after you fix the coolant leak.

Hes talking about petal adjustment, which wont be your issue here. Youre probably getting air into the system. Check the slave cyl, and the lines from the master to the slave.

I second buying a N/T, or a Honda. I drove the hell out of my 91 Accord. Only thing that went on it was the valve cover gasket. Didnt really have a N/T long enough to put any opinion on that. Only had it 3 months.

Id change that timing belt out in 20,000 miles. And hope that the oil pump is a hit on the "hit or miss" scale. Id recommend an oil pressure gauge if you dont got one. Just so you know if something goes wrong.OP- If you dont know how to repair these things yourself, and have no one to teach...
