You could try the Cyclone Intake manifold mod...Where theres flappers that are closed at low RPM to help the spool...My buddy on this site untouchablecc i belive his name is has a ebay 16g with this Cyclone Intake mani mod and he sees full spool way before 3500 If im not mistaken Its around 3k...
So if he could be good with just settin the boost up to 15 psi and his boost creep would almost disappear? If so whats so hard about doing that 400whp? It would have already been done if it was me
Try running my boost levels 16-18 PSI it mostly spikes to 18 then holds at 16 1/2 my only mods are Hard IC pipes 2'5" Ported Manifold MBC 1gen BOV walley 190lph fuel pump No tuneing no injectors my plugs come out looking a nice crispy brown =) works for me try cranking up the boost
Yea for the money you cant beat the HX40....There a great turbo I know my buddy from WV, Ricky he has a 2.4L stroker with an hx40 and hes running 45 psi+ car runs amazing

## right 95black my bad...But It has to be a bad BOV or his vaccum sources are not good sources thats all I could think of it being....I have a little boost creep in my car and thats cause my source of vaccum for the MBC is coming from the Intake Mani instead of a nipple on the compressor or IC...
It lets all the exhaust gases at a low RPM flow quickly through 1 side of the flange to get the turbo spooled more quickly since the gases are flowing faster then at a certain level it needs more room to push more exhaust gases out it opens up to the normal turbos lb/per min

Yea Im guessing the boost controller is hooked up to the BOV as a vaccum source so thats why when you unplug it the boost level is determined by the Internal Wastegate Actuator....My guess is a leaking BOV or a boost leak....Thats my 2 cents

Is your vaccum source for your BOV right off the turbos compressor side sometimes if your vaccum source is not right near the source of your pressure it will not work properly...

If im not mistaken that was his first time at the track launching his car with the Twin Disc clutch....Cause I asked him if hes practiced launching on the street and he said no... so yea it is probley pretty difficult launching for the first time when your clutch is either there or not twin disc...
