    if you zero the settings on the controller and the car still runs bad its not tuning,you may have boost leaks.

    pressure test your cooling system and check for leaks,sounds like your leaking coolant.

    replace your coolant temp sensor, it has two wires

    check for battery drain with car off , if no drain check connector on alternator and make sure your getting signal (positive volts).
