it is quite possible that there is a minute leak in your heater core. does the windshield have a light film on it? the film wont defog, esp without a/c to dry to the air. One way to check this is to bypass youre heater core and run the two hoses together with like a piece of pipe or pvc.

I slapped a new disc in it. ACT street/strip. I got it real cheap. I can drive it, but 2nd is messed up. I can rev match and it will go in fairly smoothly as long as I'm not going faster then 15mph. the car wont shift from 3rd to second though. so theres obviously some sort of damage done.
Just wanted to add that I have since replaced my main power wire with zero gauge copper and gold terminals and it has made a pretty big enhancement of the overall quality of the charging and starting system. Also an improvement with my dynatek box (not wanting to hot start).

you may have a leaking heater core or clogged evap that. now you will have water/coolant sitting in the bottom of your evaporator box, when you are coming to a stop or taking off, you may be hearing water sloshing around. are you low on coolant or can you smell funk in your a/c ducts?
