Try reusing the stock 4 bolts, if they don't work make a trip down to Lowes, Home Depot, or Ace HW for some nuts&bolts. You may also want to pickup a bracket to keep the airfilter from just hanging there if your kit didn't come with one. You may also want to try the stock clamp that went over...

Take a look at the link to buy the Brode UICP. I got mine used and it came with everything pictured but the gasket. The install was pretty straight forward like the link, but I didn't have to pull off the tire to remove the trim panel. I'm going to get the Dejontool s-pipe to harden the rest...
