Do you have any line going to the wastegate actuator now? You say you've already installed the 16g and are hitting fuel cut, but if you didn't hook any line up to the wastegate actuator then you are probably running as much boost as the turbo can make. Thats why you're hitting fuel cut.

You might want to think about upgrading the fuel system, as those cams are going to require more fuel. And then comes tuning the new fuel system. And to really put those cams to good use you will want a bigger turbo.
