i ran a 16 gallon cell i used 2 Bosch 044 fuel pumps I run -8 braided lines from the cell to the rail and -6 braided from the rail to the regulator and back to the fuel cell.
I needed the 2 pumps since i was running a lot more power than you are. so 1 of the bosch 044's would suit you just fine

I have twin External Bosch 044's and they are quiet as can be. they only make noise when i run low on fuel and the pumps starve out. So im gunna say you either have a kink in the line pre pump, or your filter prepump is clogged.

what are your plugs gapped at?
Mine does this above 5500 rpm if my Spark plug gap is above 28 I try to run mine at 24. It also causes my car to idle at 1200rpm with the gap above 28, and 1000rpm at 24
My coolant stays between 150 and 165 Under Hard driving conditions and stays the same under easy or idle conditions. I dont think it has ever even seen 185 now im only at 521 hp not 650+
The honda boys here still rev their shit at my house at all hours of the night but as soon as I pull the dsm out they run like hell, and they even admit that my dsm is the nastiest import in town. So my little honda bit**es aren't too bad lol
