Why haven’t you replaced or tested the CTS (coolant temp. Sensor) and/or replaced the sensor for the dash cluster temp. display if the car is still overheating?

That should not cause the issues of your car like what I was referring to in my post. But I would check wiring first, then sensor (my o2 died and stopped cycling and on my logger it showed .01volts all the time). Maybe if your able to post a log from link someone could help you?

You can unscrew that lever and remove it from the lower half of your Throttle body. I would just get a FIAV bypass plate and keep the ISC if at all possible.
