I think (not positive) you should be able to get to it by just taking the blower motor box and assembly out.

So I figured out what happened finially. I guess one of the P/O's tried to extend the harness and used those random green wires, I was going to start going back towards the relay to figure out what was going where and found the original wires :D! I'm going to wire it up tonight and let you guys...

I found out what it was, well not exactly but here are my symptoms.. I noticed when I went to do another boost leak test that I went to spin the turbo and it was really hard to spin. I took a 10mm socket and broke it loose (at this point I figured it obviously wasn't getting proper lubrication)...
