Make sure you smooth out the edges of those dings. If you have any sharp edges they will get super hot under combustion and could cause hot spots or even detonation. Just make sure everything is smooth and you wont have any problems, its not enough of a chip to change the weight or compression...

I did A boost turbo leak test on my 2g starting from the turbo inlet. I found pressure coming from my oil cap, so I pulled the oil dump tube and applied air again, just to find air rushing out of the oil dump tube. Are my seals shot? time for a rebuild? if so where should I buy a quality rebuild...

That is a 1g intercooler, not worth putting on your 2g.

Yes a1g will bolt right up, that's what I am using on my 16g 2g setup.

You can use the stock line, you just have to drill the bolt holes that mount to the turbo a little wider, or get a 1g oil return line.

I wouldnt worry about the cat till you go turbo. Save the money and put it twords you turbo kit, thats just me though.

You only want to eleminate back pressure if your running a turbo, you want some back pressure on N/A applications, a 3" might hurt performance untill you get your turbo. at least thats what i have always been told.
