    Sorry for the late reply. The calipers bolt right up. You just need to account for the offset by machinging the caliper mounting points or using a spacer for the rotor. I machined the calipers. There is still plenty of material left and its been on the car for years without issue.

    I'd consider the CTS V upgrade. You can always paint the calipers to get rid of the V but its probably the cheapest way to get into Brembos. I did it for under $800. Calipers can be had for $300 or less. Leaves some room for everything else you need for the install.

    Are the grounds on the car good? I recently upgraded my factory grounds and it helped stabilize the electrical system in the car. Less voltage drop when my spals come on or when the AC kicks on.

    I haven't had the best luck with arp bolts for the manifold to turbo. I've had better luck running the oem bolts. They seemed to hold up to the heat better and didn't seize up. The arp ones I used messed up some threads on a turbine housing simply removing them and I used high temp anti seize.

    Pretty sure the Evo 8 and 9 don't have that offset. I think you meant +35mm. The Evo X has the 38mm. I could be wrong though.

    Consider a factory Evo X setup. No stretched tire set up and minimal poke. It is a 18x18.5 with a 38mm offset. I run the factory sized 245/40/18 and it clears my brembos with plenty of space.

    You're not missing anything. Same rotors. When I ran the cobra brakes, I ran oem rotors off of a early year cobra mustang. I ordered slotted rotors when I upgraded to the CTSV calipers and nothing changed dimensionally on the rotors.

    Depends on a few things like fuel being run and use of the car. I run a Manley 100mm crank in my stroker and went with 8.5:1 Wisecos due to daily driving and lack of high octane fuel where I live. No E85 where I live only 91oct for me so I run meth.

    I made 360awhp on a dynojet at 25psi on 92oct. This was at English Racing. Swapped cams from comp 100s to S2s, added meth, and turned the boost up and made 440awhp. Same dyno. This is on an HX35 stroker. My mods list is pretty current. Bolt on housing with Punishment Racing recird o2 housing.

    Street Build 2G GSX HX35 build

    Good luck on the build. You won't have any trouble making over 400awhp on a HX35. I made 441 on English Racings Dynojet with a little bit of meth on an 8 blade with the bolt on housing. Boost was set at about 30 psi falling to 28 psi at redline on a stroker. I'll definitely be following your build.

    The stock gauge isn't accurate. You need to get another gauge that reads pressure.

    That's normal. Once the oil heats up its not as viscous/thick and oil pressure should rise with RPM so that's good. Just make sure its not following below whatever your engine specs are.

    Your killing me smalls. Read through this http://www.dsmtuners.com/forum/nitrous-alcohol-water-injection.11/ Usually you want a winter mix of windshield washer fluid that is good well into the negatives. Read the MSDS to make sure its a high concentration of meth.

    Meth does have a tendency to evaporate. If you ever spill any you will see it evaporates within a few seconds. I would think that you would end up with more water and less meth but I don't have anything to prove this.

    Let us know what you come up with after the spring swaps. I run a Hallman Pro and I've contemplated swapping to a stiffer spring to help with higher boost levels but it may only cause spikes. Sounds like it could be the boost controller on your car though.
