1995 eclipse FWD 6bolt swap, no power to ECU or fuel pump, test connector at firewall works pump as it should. Im receiving power in all the required places on ECU except pins 12-25. I am not however receiving power at the MPI relays. From what I Have read there are 2 main power wires that are Red/Black and one IGN wire that is black/white. I get 12v on black/white when IGN is on, However I do not get any power on the large red/black wires ever. So I created a jumper and gave them 12v manually and now everything works as it should, injectors are firing, pump primes and coil is firing. I checked the main fuse under hood and it checks out, swapped with another one for the helluvit, no difference. Is there something else i should look for? Do those red/black wires run directly up to the under hood fuse box? I feel like my chances of having just 1 wire out of the entire loom break is slim,

check fusible link #4
it supplies power to the MFI relay.

Where is fusible link #4 located or what is its name, were talking about the large see through fuses under hood correct? There are 4 30AMP fusible links under hood ( Top, P/Window, IGN.SW, Rad Fan ) none of which are blown or test bad.

Sorry. i forgot to post up the pic.
but i also noticed that the diagram i posted isn't quite right on the MPI relay.

Ive been super f***tarded all day so I will direct you to http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/95-mpi-relay.427968/

I guess ill probably just run a new fused power to that side of the relay, I understand how the relay works and what pins on the ECU help operate the relay. Im just not receving power to the relay itself, other than the IGN signal of course. The ECU is operating normally and the car will start when power is supplied to the MPI relay via the 2 red/black wires, this tells me the ECU is pulling pin 38 to ground and activating the relay as it should. From what ive read the MPI relay should see 12v on those 2 wires at all times, however i am not receving any. Ive checked all connections and the fusible link for (20amp Engine). For now I will just run a dedicated wire on a 20amp fuse until i can figure out the issue.

You might have a bad connection on the line.

The line from the MPI has a connection under the fuse box at the engine fuse box, it’s not inside it’s not attached to the fuse box ether, it’s like 4,5 inches below the fuse box make sure the connector is plugged all the way in or check for power at the connector.
