I am replacing rear control arm bushings and the bushing for upper arm are like 5mm bigger then the hole in the arm. What is normally done: make them fit buy heating them up or should I trim?

Well I tried to boil them and that just made them softer a bit. I guess plan B. I will grind them down a bit. We will see what happens. Their is no going back now.

Having the profession that I have that is the first thing that I thought but it was in a kit and the lower arm bushing went on without the problem. I already call the vendor but I guess too late in the day so no one answered. Hopefully they will call back.
