It seems all but impossible to find a 1g used MAS. I have 560 injectors (not installed) and a 2g maf laying around just needs a pigtail and wired up. Would the 2g MAS/560cc injectors cancel each other out? Or would it make the car rich to the point it's not driveable?
Thanks!

(No logger at the moment so I couldn't see what my fuel trims would be) this is a daily and I'm running out of options for the MAS.

101% sure. Just pulled my throttle body apart, seals came out like easier than opening a soda can ROFL. Only thing I noticed was slight gouge on the TPS side but I heard no air there. Take a look at the pics if they matter I’m not sure.

Ok, so guys I don’t have much options here. I’m going to use a very small amount of rtv and secure the shaft seals in place. The inside where the shaft rides seems ok on both still. I’m going to get this done tonight and make sure their set and install the TB tomorrow!

Would these seals work for replacing the shaft seals?

I swapped seals to other sides because it was leaking from the throttle cable side and once switched it only leaked from the TPS side so that seal is just No good now. I have purchased yet another set of extremepsi shaft seals. I’ll update once installed!

Thanks

For some reason I can’t manage to find the skf seals within a reasonable time.

I do have an update. I rerouted my check valve and pcv line. Fixed some vacuum lines. Threw on a old throttle body I had laying around it has a FIAV block off or delete I’m not sure there’s just a plate in between the FIAV and TB, not running coolant to it. Well I have the ISC plugged in, the IPS set at the top of the TB and my TPS is set. Car actually is driveable now and idle is dead set st 750-800 and vacuum is at 18in hg when I’m idling now!

Still going to rebuild my other TB as the seals are on the way! Makes me want to get another FIAV block off plate haha!

Nice update to your issues. Extra TB's are always handy to have around. I went to put my 90 TB on my Evo 3 intake and it was having NO part if that setup. I grabbed a "junker" also and bolted it on and it worked fine. It was a 91 TB and sealed like a charm. I finally pulled it and did the seals but it sure was handy to have a extra. I really should be looking for one now.

Haha, yeah I’m ordering a logger cable and a laptop here in a week, which should help for little diagnostic issues.

The only thing I’m wondering is if the logging program will show lean/rich values until I get a wide-band? I’m really wanting to wire that 2g MAS as long as all Boost issues hold up.

It will show you some things but your O2 sensor is still a narrow band device so if it does display it won't display a full range like a WB will.

Ok great. This is just becoming a damn general thread. so fixed up the boost leaks yesterday and it runs decent but about half of the time I'll get hesitation/sputter on acceleration (not boosting just @ 0 Vacuum) but if I let off and re apply the throttle it seems to be cleared up? I'm thinking this is partially because of OLD/WORN spark plug wires which haven't been changed in who knows how long. I'm going to get some NGK plug wires and a new fuel filter while I'm at it!

Make sure you get proper spark plugs. I had some sort of bosch plugs in my 2g when I bought it and it was missing like hell at 3k. Changed them out to ngks and problem was gone. Just some food for thoughts.
