Im' working on getting it painted, should I give it to him for Christmas? Should I tell him now? I' not even sure he will like it or the color, it' a red gst, he is a truck guy I like trucks allot to between us both we have 5 01-03 f150 supercrews and a 2004 f350 dually 6.0 supercrew so I don' know what he's gonna think, I know he doesn' think much about driving my spyder and gs but he is 6'7 I'm 6'1 and I fit fine, lmk your idea oh yeah and the car is in the garage he doesn' know it' in there, he' been very sick for two years, he has a problem with his spine effecting his diaphragm buy we found a doctor whose gonna help him, I wanna know how to try to surprise him with this

This is actually something I did other think of, I'm going to do this and put the car over to my friends so he can wonder who's getting a car, then have the name be for then not my husband and see what he really thinks of it! Then tell him its his!

He is a lucky man imo.

Thanks, he was a hard worker before this and I have to get the Dr's to do surgery so he can be happy again, he's with the kids I'm out riding the z400 in the snow, one day out of a year to do something fun, back to work on car soon! It' all I could afford right now and I want him to get into the Ole diamond star motors with me

Funny you should say, I've been one of the guys since I was 13 I've been hunting,crabbing and fishing since I was 6, i never got to meet my father he died of cancer just before i was born, and been building trucks, dsm's are new for me, fist got one in either 12 or 14, but everyone in my family think I'm crazy, they tell me it's for someone ugly and I should have a desk job, today my husband drove the winter truck down to the store with our son and lost breaks luckily he was able to put it off the road safely into some mud, no damage no one got hurt it' at the shop be fixed soon, so glad they didn' get hurt and that I wasn' hunting when it happened, going to start more on the car I'll be painting it late this month or early December, I'll put up pics when it' done, hoping he feels better soon finding the right Dr has been so hard, right now I'm gonna smooth out the body tonight while I have some time tomorrow I have off and the husband is playing with kidstype o negative stay out of my dreams is cranked up, as well as I don' wanna be me!mr the had to throw that in when I seen it

Here' some update pics, I plan to have it painted by Friday, I painting in sections as to not get dry spots, painting roof,hood,hatch and front rear bumper, then both sides after sanding buffing and covering
