I ran a boost leak test on my car today. Found a leak coming from the ISC. I put a new o ring on it but I still have the same leak. Is there another way of fixing that? Has anyone us run across this? I searched and it looked like everyone has replaced the o ring and been ok. I have got through 3 o rings and I still have the leak.

Are you sure you have the proper o-ring? Is there any physical damage on the ISC motor or the mating surface on the throttle body?

My original ISC had a crack in it so I replaced it and it came with a new o ring. That leaked, the o ring from the old one leaked and an o ring out of my o ring kit leaked. I put grey RTV on it last night so we will see today if the leak is gone. :idontknow:
