Alright so how an you tell if the trans is built or not and or damaged ?
when i got my car boosted a few years ago and i push roughly 23 lbs of boost and the trans held up better then my clutch ended up having to go from stage 1 to stage 3 and now is holding up fine but i noticed when i dont double clutch seems like it wants to grind going into gear not bad but 3rd if im dogging it it grinds every time going into gear, i have a new master and slave so i know its not that, and im sure my clutch is good, from my stand point the trans looks good but i have no exp on trans at all, what should i be looking for ? there is no shavings nor missing teeth,, i tried to take this apart and ya didnt get very far what so ever got one small gear off and now its like a rats nest LOL any input on this ?

if the trans isnt built what should i do to build it ? 420A 420A 420A not a 4g63 please

For any manual transmission (not just the 4g63 trannys), a good indication that it's bad would be if there are constant grinds, even when the clutch is known to be good. Usually, the culprit would be a bad synchronizer ring. That's the part that allows the gears to mesh smoothly and typically the point of failure. If those are bad enough, pieces could always break off and get lodged between gears or teeth. The only real good way to tell if there's damage, is of course take it all apart. And to make the trans stronger, you need stronger parts.

Alright is there like a manual to this cuz there is no bolts that I see LOL how does this come apart

There probably is a manual, but I can't say for sure. But, you'll have to unbolt the end case for sure, and the input and output shafts should be held in with roller bearings, snap rings, etc..
I'm away from home right now, but should be home in an hour and a half, and can research something better than I can at the moment. If no one else has added help by then, I'll find you something.
