I believe this is a CamShaft Angle Sensor.. I took the 2 bolts holding it on the block off and it just spins on there... There are 3 other bolts if I take those off it should come off.. Correct? but I was wondering if anything will come apart that I need to keep together like springs or anything before I take off the bolts don't want to lose anything... I have seen posts on this issues but nothing I seen had a picture of it...

Yes, that's your cam sensor. Remove the 3 bolts holding the cover on. Inside there will be another bolt to keep the sensor bolted to the cam shaft. Secure the cam so it doesn't rotate, and loosen it up. Just note the orientation of the lobes so you can put it back on the right way if you plan to reuse it or replace it. Minus the bolts, there's only 4 parts. The sensor itself (just a magnet basically), the body the magnet is bolted to, the cover, and the inside part that bolts to the camshaft. I got a picture of it somewhere, will try to find it, but I think it's on my laptop at home, which crashed during an update and no longer starts up.
