Hola Dsm'ers

As I have previously explained in previous posts I am trying to determine if the engine work done on my car is in fact what was explained in purchasing my car years ago.. Now I had a few good yrs of enjoying my boost noise and making mustangs and other assorted Muscle Cars feel Stupid when they lined up against me.. But now that I am tearing it apart I ran into some discrepancies so I am now trying to decide if anything was done properly and like previously stated..

Now on to the Question at hand.. here is the picture of my cams.. I just wanna know how to determine if they are infact 1. 272 and 2. if they are by Crower or a knock of or another good brand..

Thank you for your feed back and I am going out now to the Garage so ill Check back soon.

Crower cams are marked on the face behind the cam gears with CROWER and a part number. The markings wear off with use but they should still be somewhat visible 64413 is the part number for their 272s.

Ok I haven't removed the Cams Just yet as I know there is a pattern too take off the cams in an order but I have to find the video for the proper order but I did take pics of the cams closer up with numbers and im not thinking they are the Crower Cams but here are the pictures and let me know if u think they could be or that they are stock or possibly another aftermarket. I am going to Google the numbers on the parts n see if I can find a match somewhere..

Those markings don't look stock. They don't look exactly like the markings that were on the shafts of my crowers but those markings could've changed over the years.
I don't know anything about an order in which you should take the cams out, I always just loosen the caps from the outside, to the inside. You can remove the gears without removing the cams as well, if you don't already need to take them out anyway.

Took off the Gears off but didn't take a picture ill get one though and see.. but I was watching a video by Jafromobile on his GSX and he said that Mitsubishi has an order that is preferred.

Its at minute 3:25 where he tells you how Mitsubishi recommends the order and shows you.. I would watch the entire video.. Very helpful.
