Hello all got a few questions for you but first most importantly im trying to make a minimum of 700hp with this thing it's will see very little road time mostly 1/4 mile

1. my turbo is missing a few of the plates that hold the housing on any idea where to get them? It's a ITS "innovative turbo systems" their out of business ... but the turbo is missing the hardware (pic attached) I have had this build sitting around for what I can only say is probably 10 years now and trying to get it done I want it on the road!

2. I am going to be running E85 I currently have two AEM E85 320lph fuel pumps in the stock location the question is the small piece of fuel line connecting them from my hanger to my bulkhead can I just run intank safe fuel line or should I get something special? I checked the forums seems like some say you can some say don't any leads on proper fuel line for a 2-3 inch span in the tank?

3. Both pumps are 3/8 outlets to 6a/n
Should I use a y adapter from 2 6a/n to 1 8a/n then adapt that over to a feed line of 10 a/n or should I just run 8 a/n up and leave the adapter out

Also T adapter or Y ?

Looks like standard t04s housing retainers. Hopefully @JusMX141 can confirm?

I'd use a ptfe hose if e85. Something like this:

I am pretty sure the 2x -6an going to -8an is good without the need of -10an. Is your fuel line and rail already -10?

Yeah I saw that line from radium just didn't know if I could cut it down to length or coil it.
Fuel rail has 10 an but can be changed out to a 8 an haven't bought my feed line or filter yet

Looks like standard to4a I think he's correct, but don't quote me...

I'm just chiming in for the fuel line, Def go with a Teflon line it's a little more expensive and a little more annoying to work with but 100% worth it. I'm building my fuel system now...

One walbro 450hp would probably meet your needs of 700ish, but with the duals there's no question.. Plus having duals is cool I was gonna do 2x 255s but I chickened out and just got the 450hp LOL...
Anyways...
just go 2x -6an to a Y to one -8an all the way to the rail and a -6an return.

Mine was gonna go like this

2x intank pumps
To 2x 3/8 submersible fuel line
To 2x 6an 90 bulkhead with 6an Teflon washers
To 6an dual ptfe lines
To a 6an-8an y block adapter
To 8an ptfe feed line
To fuel rail
To 6an ptfe return line
To aeromotive afpr
To 6an ptfe return line
To gm flex fuel sensor with 6an new style russel screw on hardline adapters
To 6an ptfe fuel line
To tank return hardline with 6an hardline adapter. If that proves to be too much of a pain just do another 6an bulkhead fitting in place of the return hardline. Now that I think about it that's what I might do anyway..

Thank you pretty much that was my original plan of attack I decided to do the two aem solely because they were on sale and I'm trying to avoid going fuel cell at the moment even though that is my next step and just do inline pumps then

My goal is only 600 right now so a 450 does me nicely... Mines manual so my double synchro trans/welded center can't hold much more then that

How far have you gotten so far? Have you hit 500hp yet?

That is how I did mine. Still running a -6AN line from tank to rail.
