Post a log maybe we can see something you don't at idle
I'll post one when I get to my computer

Okay so I did the non 95-96 ecu, switched around plug wires, determined my cas was 180 out and fixed that, now when I try to start it kinda bogs down

Mine will do that every so often too. Usually once or twice and then it will start with no problems. I always just thought maybe my starter was getting weak or something. It wont start at all?
No won't start. At work now so.wont be able to mess with it till this weekend

Was told it's a firing order issue making it do that

I guess what I'm reading there is that it is a '97 ECU? If that is the case, you should not select anything in Link and should be using the original plug wire order with the CAS you have.

Yes it is I didn't realize till I just went and looked at my invoice from them. Will be switched back tomorrow. Probably gonna be mis firing again and I'll have to trace it down. Don't know what to do next I've tested everything dealing with misfire and everything is good

I assume you're getting the random misfire code and not a misfire code for a specific cylinder? And the P0300 is the only code you're getting?

I figured it was a misfire code based on the original question. Anyway, troubleshooting for an injector circuit malfunction is pretty straightforward. Have you tried moving the injector in cylinder 1 to a different cylinder to see if the code changes?

Yes I moved cylinder one injector to cylinder 2 and the code stayed put on cylinder one

Also checked wire continuity, resistance, check resistor pack everything is good as far as I can tell

It can only be one of so many things. Have you checked to ensure all the terminal pins are making good contact in the circuit? Checking continuity in the wiring is fine but if you are doing this by unplugging the connectors anywhere, you could be missing something. Outside of that, the ECU could be suspect -- did you go through the inspection procedure (#49, on page 13A-236 of the '97 FSM electrical copy) for the injector circuit?

No I can't say that I have, only manual I have is a chiltons LOL if you have a link I'd gladly appreciate it though. Trying to narrow down before I send my ecu back
